I believe in farming that respects both the land and the animals. My goal is that my sheep grow in the most natural environment possible.

That's why Exile Farms' lambs are raised on grass, water, air, and light—nothing more.

No hormones, vaccines, or antibiotics.

And unlike most of the lamb found in grocery stores, which is imported from Australia or New Zealand, Exile Farms' lamb is raised in the Catskill Mountains of New York.

Our lambs are raised on certified organic pasture and eat certified organic hay in the winter.

They roam on lush, open pastures, enjoying a diet rich in grasses, herbs, and wildflowers.
