EXILE FARM

Exile Farm is a regenerative sheep farm in Andes, New York that offers pasture raised lamb, quality sheepskins and registered White Dorper breeding stock.

What makes my lamb different?

• My lambs are raised on grass, water, air and light. Not much else at all.

• No hormones, vaccines, or antibiotics.

• My lamb and sheep are raised in the Catskill Mountains of New York State. Most lamb you see in the grocery store is raised in Australia or New Zealand.

• My lamb are raised on certified organic pasture and eat certified organic hay in the winter. They roam on lush, open pastures, enjoying a diet rich in grasses, herbs, and wildflowers. This natural foraging results in meat that is not only tender and flavorful but also leaner and healthier.

• I use regenerative farming techniques such as rotational grazing that when properly done is carbon negative for the environment.

  • Ethically Raised: I believe in farming that respects both the land and the animals. My goal is that my sheep grow in the most natural environment possible.

  • Superior Nutrition: Meat from pasture-raised lambs offers higher levels of beneficial nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), and vitamins A and E, compared to conventionally raised lamb.

  • Unmatched Flavor: The diet of diverse grasses and plants imparts a unique, rich flavor profile that is distinctively superior. Cooking with my lamb brings an exquisite taste that elevates any dish.

  • Sustainable Farming: By choosing pasture-raised, you support sustainable agriculture practices that enhance biodiversity, improve soil health, and reduce environmental impact.

Whether you're grilling chops, roasting a leg, or sautéing tenderloin, my pasture-raised lamb promises a dining experience that's both gourmet and good for your soul. Taste the difference, feel the quality, and savor the story behind every bite.
